Hard to choose on this team. QB was not listed .If Snead stays healthy , he will be the star .

.....good point, but I think the other areas of the team are going to be a contributing factor to his success.

Assuming Tillman. Lockett, and Hardy stay healthy and Powe adequately replaces P.Jerry in the middle as he showed in spring ball he very well may do, it's hard to pick any group over the DL. That said the receivers including TE, running backs, linebackers and QB positions will all field strong units.
For at least 2009, the Rebels have an embarrassment of riches.

The obvious pre-season pick is the DL, but I'm gonna take a chance and say by seasons end, our secondary will be the most talked about. Kendrick Lewis is a stud! They might not be the best, but they will be the most valuable.

It is my very humble opinion, of course, and I understand the concept behind the old addage of "defense wins Championships", but , to win said Championship, you must score points.
This is why I had to vote the RB's. As Rebel5 has already stated, the "sexy" pick for the strength of the 2009 Rebels is the DL, but with the stable of backs that Nutt has going, I think the running game is the strongest area of this team.

RB's are definitely the future of this team.

i think you would be hard pressed to find a better stable of receivers on any team in the country. this will be a very exciting part of our team.
